Phoenix are proud to announce the election of our Customer Service and Performance Delivery Director, Carole Kenney, to the position of Vice President of CIVEA.
Carole has served on CIVEA's Executive Council as an elected member for the past 2 years. During this time Carole supported the council by assisting with the organisation and launch of CIVEA’s first conference in January 2014, in the lead up to TCE implementation, which attracted over 350 delegates.
She has been a regular contributor to CIVEA member meetings for over 8 years, providing her time and expertise to a number of working groups.
During her elected term on the CIVEA Executive Council Carole also served as Editor of the associations's quarterly newsletter, Enforcement News.
Last year, she successfully organised and delivered CIVEA’s second conference held in Westminster in September 2017, which attracted a number of influential speakers and a sellout delegate attendance.
Carole is a respected enforcement professional who has worked within the industry for 20 years. In her current role with Phoenix, she works closely with the advice sector to improve engagement between our sectors, raise the positive profile of the enforcement industry and continuously strive for improvements and innovations in best practice.
