Phoenix are delighted to announce the replacement of our online training system with a new responsive, mobile-friendly technology platform.
The first programme released using the new technology was a refresher course designed for experienced Enforcement Agents going through the re-certification process. It consists of 7 modules, covering all aspects of the Taking Control of Goods regulatory environment, including vulnerability, data protection, professional standards and High Court Enforcement. Each module includes an examination, which users must pass in order to be awarded a Certificate of Completion.
Our Learning and Development Department will be developing a number of programmes for the platform during 2018. Many of these, including modules covering vulnerability, customer service and working with the Advice Sector, will be available to our clients in the second half of 2018. Our team can also work with you to tailor a programme for the specific needs of your staff.
Paul Caddy, Phoenix's Managing Director, comments: "Phoenix's focus on personal and professional development for our staff has been recognised through accreditations such as Investors in People - Gold Standard. This new learning platform complements our formal classroom, on-the-job and field based programmes, providing an accessible way for staff to build their knowledge and test their understanding across a broad range of technical, customer service and management topics."
